Grilled Cheese & Soup


Ingredients:
2 loaves Sandwich Bread
1 pack American Cheese
4 tablespoons Butter (1/2 stick)
1 jar Pickles

Directions:
Microwave butter in a small dish for 10 seconds to soften. Spread on each slice of bread. Spreading is easiest if the bread is still partially frozen. Assemble sandwiches with 3 or 4 pickle slice each and 1-1&1/2 slices of cheese depending on the size of the bread. Cook on griddle until butter is toasted on both sides and cheese is melted to satisfaction, flipping in the middle. Goes great with Tomato or Alphabet soup. Serves 8 people.
