Cincinnati Chili

 Ingredients:
1 bag frozen onions
3 pounds ground beef
2 Tablespoons minced garlic (approximate)
1 can tomato sauce (15-ounce)
1 box uncooked spaghetti
1/2 can kidney beans
1 bag cheddar cheese
chili powder
allspice
cinnamon
cayenne pepper
salt
unsweetened cocoa powder
sour cream
oyster crackers

Directions:
In a large skillet begin cooking the ground beef on medium-high. Add in onions, garlic, and chili powder. Cook until meat is completely brown. Drain the meat juice into an empty can, then return to heat on low, just enough to keep warm. Place a pot of water on high to boil. Mix the kidney beans, tomato sauce, and other spices including the cocoa powder into ground beef mixture. When the water reaches a rolling boil add the spaghetti to the pot. Cook according to directions on box. Drain spaghetti. Serve with spaghetti on bottom topped by chili and covered by cheddar cheese. Top with sour cream and oyster crackers if desired.
Serves 8-10 People.
